Cyclists coming from the subway under the roundabout are theoretically required to dismount for a section of about two meters. The dropped kerb and area where cyclists are supposed to join the on street MCL is frequently blocked by cars on a disused bus stop. This forces cyclists into the main 30 m/h lane with ring road motorists.
